Medical Cannabis Production and Research under the MMPR; a Brief Overview

This presentation will explore medical cannabis production and research under the Marihuana for Medical Purposes Regulation from the point of view of Tilray, a Canadian market leader in medical cannabis that is currently developing and distributing the largest selection of strains and extract products in Canada. Philippe Lucas, VP of Patient Advocacy for Tilray, will provide an overview of Tilray’s observational and clinical research projects, including a Tilray-sponsored Phase 2 randomized clinical trial on medical cannabis and PTSD taking place at UBC, adult and pediatric epilepsy research, and large-scale observational studies on patient patterns of use
