Effective leaders, managers and team members must find ways to enhance people’s level of engagement, commitment and support. Engaged employees work with passion and feel connected and loyal to their organization with higher productivity, sales, and results. Non-engagement in the workplace results in poor performance, limited productivity, and an erosion of the bottom line. Grateful leaders can learn to acknowledge people in an authentic, heartfelt manner, an ability which they will come away with from this talk through.
